SECTION 2 — DEFINITIONS

2.1 “User”

Any individual accessing Lucidium World, including gamers, learners, customers, and guests.

2.2 “Practitioner”

A user who provides professional services (spiritual, metaphysical, instructional, etc.) via live sessions, videos, or uploaded content.

2.3 “Creator”

A user who uploads recorded video, audio, courses, worksheets, PDFs, or other content to be sold or freely distributed within Lucidium World.

2.4 “Vendor”

A user or business listing physical or digital goods in the Arcane & Co. marketplace.

2.5 “Sensitive Data”

Includes date of birth, time of birth, geolocation, metaphysical information, health-related statements, and any personal beliefs disclosed during sessions.

2.6 “Practitioner Content”

Any material a Practitioner generates for Lucidium World (videos, teachings, recordings, PDFs, live sessions, etc.).

2.7 “Personal Data”

Any information identifying, relating to, describing, or capable of being associated with an individual.

SECTION 3 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect eight categories of information.

3.1 ACCOUNT & PROFILE INFORMATION (USERS)

We collect:

• Legal name (optional; required      for paid features)
• Display name
• Email address
• Password (encrypted)
• Username
• Profile photo or avatar
• Country of residence
• Birth date (to determine access      permissions)
• Time zone
• Contact preferences
• Subscription level
• Account verification documents      (if required by law or fraud investigation)

3.2 BIRTH, ASTROLOGY, METAPHYSICAL & SPIRITUAL DATA

This includes:

• Full date of birth (DOB)
• Exact time of birth (if provided)
• Place of birth (city,      state/province, country)
• Preferred home location
• Device geolocation (if enabled)
• Lunar/solar cycles used
• Planetary data inputs
• User-generated metaphysical      answers
• Spiritual preference settings
• Storyline preferences
• Energy profile data
• Results from quizzes,      metaphysical tests, and chart-based tools

We process this data exclusively for providing astrology, metaphysical, energetic, or spiritual services.

We do not sell or share this data externally.

3.3 PRACTITIONER & CREATOR INFORMATION

If you sign up as a Practitioner, we collect:

• Legal name
• Display name
• Contact email
• Business name
• Professional bio
• Teaching qualifications      (optional)
• Practitioner photo
• Identity verification (if      required)
• Payment account information      (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• Class schedules
• Pricing structure
• Recordings you upload
• Worksheets, PDFs, slides
• Video content
• Voice, likeness, and image in      content
• Practitioner tier level
• Commission level

This becomes part of your public practitioner profile unless otherwise stated.

3.4 VIDEO, AUDIO, AND SESSION DATA

We collect:

• Device type used during session

• Logging required for moderation      or safety
• Chat transcripts (for      group/public sessions)

We do NOT collect:

• Video recordings of private 1:1      sessions unless both parties give explicit consent

3.5 MARKETPLACE & PAYMENT DATA

Lobby interactions are not private.

This is permitted under the exclusive app distribution license.

SECTION 5 — PRACTITIONER CONTENT LICENSE (OPTION B)

Exclusive Inside-App Distribution License

Practitioners grant Lucidium World an:

• Worldwide
• Royalty-free
• Transferable
• Sublicensable
• Perpetual
• Irrevocable
• EXCLUSIVE license for app      distribution only

Practitioners may NOT upload identical classes or content to competing metaphysical apps.

SECTION 6 — USER RIGHTS TO PRACTITIONER CONTENT

Users receive a personal, non-commercial license to:

• View
• Watch
• Rewatch
• Use teachings personally

Users may NOT:

• Re-upload
• Record
• Publish
• Sell
• Claim ownership
• Distribute outside the app

SECTION 7 — DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We may share data with:

• Hosting providers
• Payment processors
• Video streaming providers
• Practitioner scheduling systems
• Moderation systems
• Analytics providers
• Email delivery systems
• Law enforcement (only when      required)

We do NOT sell your personal data.
