This Privacy Policy governs how information is collected, generated, processed, retained, disclosed, and protected in connection with the Lucidium World platform, including all software applications, websites, artificial intelligence systems, practitioner tools, marketplace services, community features, and related infrastructure (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Policy applies to all persons and entities accessing the Platform, including users, practitioners, creators, merchants, vendors, and visitors, regardless of role or jurisdiction.
This Privacy Policy operates in conjunction with, and is subordinate to, the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.
Nothing in this Policy grants ownership, access rights, continuity rights, or service guarantees.

Lucidium World collects, receives, generates, derives, observes, infers, and retains information in connection with Platform operation.

Account deletion results in permanent deactivation of the account and removal or anonymization of personal information associated with the account, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, compliance, dispute resolution, or operational purposes.

(Non-Expansion, Statutory-Only Compliance)
This Annex applies only to California residents to the extent required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).
Nothing in this Annex expands rights beyond those expressly required by California law.
Lucidium World collects categories of personal information as described in Section 3 of the Privacy Policy, including identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation approximations, professional information, and inferences derived from platform usage.
