LUCIDIUM WORLD PRIVACY POLICY

(Data Control, Processing, and Disclosure Framework)

1. PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

This Privacy Policy governs how information is collected, generated, processed, retained, disclosed, and protected in connection with the Lucidium World platform, including all software applications, websites, artificial intelligence systems, practitioner tools, marketplace services, community features, and related infrastructure (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Policy applies to all persons and entities accessing the Platform, including users, practitioners, creators, merchants, vendors, and visitors, regardless of role or jurisdiction.

This Privacy Policy operates in conjunction with, and is subordinate to, the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.
Nothing in this Policy grants ownership, access rights, continuity rights, or service guarantees.


2. FUNDAMENTAL PRIVACY PRINCIPLES

  • The Platform is a licensed digital service, not a data storage utility.
     
  • Information is processed as necessary to operate, secure, monetize, enforce, and improve the Platform.
     
  • Use of the Platform is voluntary, and continued use constitutes consent to the practices described here.
     
  • No representation is made that any category of data collection is exhaustive, minimal, or limited beyond what is required by law.
     


3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND GENERATED

(NON-EXHAUSTIVE, ROLE-DEPENDENT, SYSTEM-WIDE)

Lucidium World collects, receives, generates, derives, observes, infers, and retains information in connection with Platform operation.

The categories below are descriptive, not restrictive.
Information collected may vary based on role, feature use, device configuration, permissions granted, system requirements, legal obligations, and operational risk assessments.


3.1 IDENTITY, ACCOUNT, AND ACCESS CONTROL DATA

The Platform may collect and maintain information required to create, authenticate, manage, secure, restrict, or terminate access, including but not limited to:

  • Names, aliases, display identifiers, or handles
     
  • Email addresses and contact identifiers
     
  • Authentication credentials, tokens, and session identifiers
     
  • Account roles, permissions, access tiers, and restrictions
     
  • Subscription status, transaction eligibility, and feature entitlements
     
  • Geographic region, country, time zone, and language preferences
     
  • Age, eligibility, or identity verification indicators
     
  • Records associated with compliance, fraud detection, or enforcement actions
     

Provision of certain information may be mandatory for access to specific features or roles.


3.2 METAPHYSICAL, ASTROLOGICAL, PROFILE, AND DERIVED EXPERIENCE DATA

In connection with metaphysical, educational, personalization, and interactive systems, the Platform may process:

  • Birth-related data and timing inputs (if provided)
     
  • Location-based inputs or approximations
     
  • Spiritual, metaphysical, belief-based, or preference settings
     
  • Energy profiles, avatar attributes, progression states, and classifications
     
  • Quiz responses, assessments, prompts, and interactive selections
     
  • Charting inputs, calculated results, and system-generated interpretations
     
  • Narrative paths, storyline decisions, and engagement indicators
     

This information may be processed, transformed, combined, inferred, aggregated, and reused internally, including through automated systems, to operate and improve Platform features.


3.3 PRACTITIONER, CREATOR, AND MERCHANT OPERATIONAL DATA

Individuals or entities participating in professional or commercial roles may have additional data processed, including:

  • Legal, business, and tax-related identifiers
     
  • Professional profiles, biographies, and credentials (if provided)
     
  • Uploaded or recorded content, instructional materials, and session data
     
  • Scheduling, pricing, availability, and delivery configurations
     
  • Transaction metadata, commissions, payouts, and accounting records
     
  • Identity verification, audit, and compliance documentation
     
  • Likeness, voice, image, and branding elements embedded in content
     

Certain information may be publicly visible or accessible to other users as an inherent function of the Platform.


3.4 COMMUNICATION, INTERACTION, AND MODERATION DATA

The Platform may process data generated through interaction features, including:

  • Messages, chat content, reactions, and engagement signals
     
  • Voice or video session metadata and diagnostics
     
  • Public or group interaction logs
     
  • Moderation flags, safety markers, and enforcement annotations
     
  • Reports, feedback, and dispute-related submissions
     

Private one-to-one sessions are not recorded unless explicit consent is provided and recording is legally permitted.


3.5 TRANSACTIONAL, VIRTUAL ECONOMY, AND PAYMENT-ADJACENT DATA

In connection with purchases, subscriptions, bookings, and virtual currency systems, the Platform may process:

  • Purchase and subscription records
     
  • Virtual currency balances, usage, and internal transfers
     
  • Booking confirmations and fulfillment indicators
     
  • Transaction identifiers, receipts, and audit trails
     
  • Commission calculations, reserves, and withholding indicators
     
  • Limited billing and payment session data processed via third-party providers
     

The Company does not store full payment card numbers.


3.6 TECHNICAL, DEVICE, AND AUTOMATED COLLECTION DATA

The Platform automatically collects or generates technical data necessary for functionality and security, including:

  • Device identifiers and approximate location
     
  • IP addresses, operating system, browser, and application versions
     
  • Error logs, crash reports, and performance diagnostics
     
  • Cookies, authentication tokens, and SDK-generated telemetry
     
  • Network information, connectivity indicators, and timestamps
     

3.7 SAFETY, SECURITY, RISK, AND ENFORCEMENT DATA

To protect the Platform and its participants, the Company may collect, generate, or retain:

  • Fraud signals and behavioral risk indicators
     
  • Abuse reports and investigative records
     
  • Enforcement actions, warnings, suspensions, and bans
     
  • Access logs, security events, and system alerts
     
  • Chargeback, dispute, and compliance-related data
     

Such data may be retained beyond account termination where necessary.


3.8 DERIVED, AGGREGATED, AND SYSTEM-GENERATED INFORMATION

The Platform generates additional data through normal operation, including:

  • Usage analytics and engagement trends
     
  • System health, reliability, and performance metrics
     
  • Aggregated insights used to improve features, safety, and scalability
     

Derived or aggregated data does not confer ownership or control rights to any user.


 

SECTION 4 — PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL AUTHORITY

Lucidium World processes Personal Data, Sensitive Data, and System-Generated Data under one or more of the following legal bases, as applicable:

  • performance of a contract
     
  • operation of a licensed digital service
     
  • legitimate business interests
     
  • compliance with legal obligations
     
  • protection of platform integrity and safety
     
  • user consent where required by law
     

No processing activity described in this Policy shall be construed as limiting the Company’s authority to process information as necessary to operate, secure, enforce, modify, monetize, or discontinue the Platform.


SECTION 5 — ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AUTOMATED SYSTEMS, AND PROFILING

5.1 Automated Processing Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and agree that Lucidium World relies extensively on automated systems, including artificial intelligence, algorithmic decisioning, and machine-driven processing to operate the Platform.

5.2 Scope of Automated Processing
Automated systems may be used to:

  • generate metaphysical, educational, and experiential outputs
     
  • personalize content, recommendations, and progression paths
     
  • classify accounts, behaviors, and risk signals
     
  • enforce policies, restrict access, or terminate accounts
     
  • detect fraud, abuse, and security threats
     
  • optimize platform performance and scalability
     

5.3 No Human Review Obligation
Unless explicitly stated, automated outputs and determinations are not subject to human review, and the Company has no obligation to provide manual intervention, explanation, or override.

5.4 No Reliance and No Decision Rights
Automated outputs:

  • are probabilistic and non-deterministic
     
  • may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
     
  • must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or professional decisions
     

You expressly waive any claim arising from reliance on automated outputs.

5.5 No Ownership of Outputs or Models
All artificial intelligence systems, models, logic, workflows, and outputs are owned exclusively by the Company to the maximum extent permitted by law.


SECTION 6 — DATA SHARING, ACCESS, AND ROLE-BASED LIMITATIONS

6.1 Internal Control
Lucidium World retains sole control over platform systems, databases, processing logic, and data architecture.

6.2 Practitioners and Merchants
Practitioners, creators, and merchants may receive limited, role-specific access to information strictly necessary to provide services or fulfill transactions.

Such access:

  • does not confer ownership
     
  • does not grant system-level rights
     
  • does not survive termination
     
  • may be modified or revoked at any time
     

6.3 Third-Party Service Providers
Information may be disclosed to third parties acting on the Company’s behalf, including infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics services, communication platforms, fraud prevention services, and compliance partners.

Third parties receive only the information necessary to perform contracted services and are subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

6.4 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
Information may be disclosed where required to comply with law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Platform.


SECTION 7 — INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING AND TRANSFERS

Lucidium World operates from the United States and processes data globally.

By using the Platform, you expressly consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of information in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

The Company implements reasonable safeguards but makes no representation that foreign legal regimes are equivalent.


SECTION 8 — DATA RETENTION, ARCHIVING, AND DELETION AUTHORITY

8.1 Retention Authority
The Company retains information for as long as it determines reasonably necessary for:

  • platform operation
     
  • enforcement of agreements
     
  • compliance with law
     
  • dispute resolution
     
  • fraud prevention
     
  • security and risk management
     

8.2 No Guaranteed Deletion
Account deletion requests do not guarantee deletion of all associated information.

Data may be retained, archived, anonymized, or restricted from access at the Company’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

8.3 Post-Termination Retention
Information may be retained after account termination where necessary to protect the Platform or comply with legal obligations.


SECTION 9 — USER REQUESTS AND STATUTORY RIGHTS

9.1 Conditional Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, individuals may have statutory rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to certain processing.

9.2 Evaluation and Limitations
All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be denied where:

  • legally permitted
     
  • necessary to enforce agreements
     
  • required to protect platform security
     
  • inconsistent with operational or compliance obligations
     

9.3 No Platform Function Guarantee
Exercise of privacy rights does not guarantee continued access to the Platform or any feature.


 

9.4 ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA DELETION REQUESTS

9.4.1 Right to Request Account Deletion
Subject to applicable law, users may request deletion of their Lucidium World account and associated personal data.

Account deletion results in permanent deactivation of the account and removal or anonymization of personal information associated with the account, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, compliance, dispute resolution, or operational purposes.

9.4.2 How to Request Deletion (User Instructions)
Users may request account deletion using one of the following methods:

A. In-App Deletion (Preferred Method)

  1. Open the Lucidium World app
     
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account
     
  3. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps
     

B. Web or Support Request (If In-App Access Is Unavailable)
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to:
📧users@lucidiumworld.com

Your request must include sufficient information to verify account ownership.

9.4.3 Scope of Deletion
Upon verified request, Lucidium World will delete or anonymize personal data reasonably associated with the account, which may include:

  • name and contact information
     
  • username and profile data
     
  • personal preferences and settings
     
  • personal metaphysical inputs linked to identity
     
  • authentication credentials
     

The following information may be retained where legally required or operationally necessary:

  • financial transaction and tax records
     
  • fraud prevention and security logs
     
  • moderation and enforcement records
     
  • chargeback and dispute history
     
  • data required to comply with law or regulatory obligations
     
  • anonymized or aggregated system data
     

9.4.4 Timing and Processing
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe consistent with legal and operational requirements. Immediate deletion is not guaranteed.

9.4.5 Effect of Deletion
Once deletion is completed:

  • account access is permanently disabled
     
  • subscriptions and platform access terminate
     
  • virtual currency, entitlements, and digital goods are forfeited
     
  • recovery of deleted accounts or data is not possible
     

9.4.6 No Guarantee of Continued Access
Submitting or completing an account deletion request does not create any right to continued access to the Platform, services, or features.


 

SECTION 10 — INFORMATION SECURITY, RISK ALLOCATION, AND NO GUARANTEES

10.1 Security Measures Implemented
Lucidium World implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that the Company determines, in its sole discretion, are reasonable and appropriate for the nature of the Platform, the information processed, and the operational risks involved.

10.2 No Absolute Security Representation
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • no system, network, or transmission method is completely secure
     
  • unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information may occur despite safeguards
     
  • the Company does not guarantee prevention of all security incidents
     

10.3 Risk Allocation
By accessing or using the Platform, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with transmitting and storing information in digital systems.

10.4 Limitation of Security Obligations
The Company’s security obligations are limited to those expressly required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy creates:

  • a heightened duty of care
     
  • a fiduciary obligation
     
  • an implied warranty of security
     
  • a contractual guarantee of data protection
     

10.5 Incident Response Discretion
In the event of a suspected or confirmed security incident, the Company retains sole discretion to:

  • investigate
     
  • mitigate
     
  • remediate
     
  • notify affected parties or authorities
     

to the extent required by law and consistent with operational and security considerations.


SECTION 11 — CHILDREN’S DATA AND AGE-RESTRICTED ACCESS

11.1 Age Restriction
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of thirteen.

11.2 No Knowing Collection
The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under thirteen without legally required consent.

11.3 Remedial Action
If the Company becomes aware that such data has been collected without proper authorization, it may restrict access, delete information, or take other remedial action as required by law and operational necessity.


SECTION 12 — STATUTORY RIGHTS; NO EXPANSION OR WAIVER

12.1 Jurisdiction-Dependent Rights
Certain jurisdictions provide individuals with statutory rights regarding personal data.

12.2 No Expansion of Rights
Nothing in this Privacy Policy expands, supplements, or creates rights beyond those expressly granted by applicable law.

12.3 Conditional Exercise
Requests to exercise statutory rights may be limited, delayed, or denied where:

  • legally permitted
     
  • necessary to enforce agreements
     
  • required to protect platform integrity
     
  • inconsistent with security, fraud prevention, or compliance obligations
     

12.4 No Access Guarantee
Exercise of privacy rights does not guarantee continued access to the Platform, any feature, or any service.


SECTION 13 — NO WAIVER, NO IMPLIED RIGHTS, AND PRESERVATION OF REMEDIES

13.1 No Waiver
Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of this Privacy Policy does not constitute a waiver of its rights.

13.2 No Implied Rights
Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall be construed to:

  • grant ownership of data systems or infrastructure
     
  • limit the Company’s enforcement authority
     
  • create reliance, expectation, or continuity rights
     

13.3 Preservation of Remedies
All rights and remedies available to the Company under the Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, or applicable law are expressly preserved.


SECTION 14 — MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

14.1 Unilateral Modification
The Company may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without notice, except where notice is required by law.

14.2 Effect of Changes
Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

ANNEX A — CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CPRA / CCPA)

(Non-Expansion, Statutory-Only Compliance)

This Annex applies only to California residents to the extent required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

Nothing in this Annex expands rights beyond those expressly required by California law.


A.1 Categories of Personal Information Collected

Lucidium World collects categories of personal information as described in Section 3 of the Privacy Policy, including identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation approximations, professional information, and inferences derived from platform usage.


A.2 Purposes for Collection and Use

Personal information is collected and processed for business purposes, including:

  • operating and securing the Platform
     
  • providing services and features
     
  • personalization and automated processing
     
  • fraud prevention and enforcement
     
  • compliance with legal obligations
     

A.3 No Sale or Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

Lucidium World does not sell personal information.

Lucidium World does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CPRA.

Certain disclosures to service providers constitute business purpose disclosures, not sales.


A.4 Sensitive Personal Information

Sensitive personal information, where applicable, is processed only as reasonably necessary to provide Platform features, ensure security, comply with law, or perform services requested by the user.

Lucidium World does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for advertising purposes.

A.5 California Consumer Rights

Subject to CPRA and applicable exceptions, California residents may have the right to:

  • request access to personal information
     
  • request correction of inaccurate information
     
  • request deletion of certain information
     
  • limit use of sensitive personal information
     

Requests may be denied where permitted by law, including where necessary to:

  • enforce agreements
     
  • protect platform integrity
     
  • prevent fraud or abuse
     
  • comply with legal obligations
     

A.6 No Retaliation or Discrimination

Lucidium World does not unlawfully discriminate for exercising CPRA rights.
However, certain features or services may be unavailable if data processing is required to provide them.


ANNEX B — EUROPEAN UNION & UK GDPR ANNEX

(Mandatory Rights Without Dilution of Control)

This Annex applies only to individuals classified as “data subjects” under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or UK GDPR.

Except as required by mandatory law, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and End User License Agreement remain fully enforceable.


B.1 Lawful Basis for Processing

Lucidium World processes personal data under one or more lawful bases, including:

  • performance of a contract
     
  • legitimate interests
     
  • legal obligation
     
  • user consent where required
     

Legitimate interests include platform security, AI operation, personalization, fraud prevention, enforcement, and service improvement.


B.2 Automated Processing and Profiling

The Platform uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, for personalization, classification, moderation, and enforcement.

Automated processing may result in:

  • content recommendations
     
  • feature access determinations
     
  • enforcement actions
     

Such processing is necessary for Platform operation.

Lucidium World is not obligated to provide human review except where expressly required by law.


B.3 Data Subject Rights

Data subjects may have rights to:

  • access
     
  • rectification
     
  • erasure
     
  • restriction
     
  • portability
     
  • objection
     

Rights are subject to lawful limitations and may be refused where:

  • necessary to enforce agreements
     
  • required for legal compliance
     
  • essential to security, fraud prevention, or platform integrity
     

B.4 International Transfers

Personal data may be transferred outside the EU/UK, including to the United States.

Transfers are safeguarded using appropriate legal mechanisms, including contractual protections and technical safeguards.


B.5 No Expansion of Ownership or Service Rights

Nothing in this Annex:

  • grants ownership of systems, models, or databases
     
  • guarantees service continuity
     
  • limits termination authority
     
  • overrides arbitration or venue provisions
