Lucidium World uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence (“AI”), to power core features of the platform.

This AI Transparency Notice is provided to:

• Explain how and where AI is used
   
• Clarify the limitations of AI-generated outputs
   
• Set appropriate user expectations
   
• Preserve legal, operational, and enforcement authority
   
• Comply with app store, privacy, and emerging AI transparency requirements
   

This Notice supplements, but does not replace, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or End User License Agreement.
If there is any conflict, those agreements govern.

For purposes of this Notice, “Artificial Intelligence” includes automated systems that:

• Astrology and chart-based interpretations
   
• Energetic profiles and symbolic analysis
   
• Educational content sequencing
   
• Narrative and quest personalization
   

• Practitioner and class recommendations
   
• Content suggestions
   
• Learning paths and progression systems
   
• In-app prompts and guidance
   

• Moderation support and abuse detection
   
• Fraud prevention and risk signals
   
• Account classification and access controls
   
• Performance optimization and diagnostics
   

• Aggregated usage analysis
   
• Feature optimization

AI may operate continuously and automatically as part of normal platform functionality.

All outputs generated by artificial intelligence systems within Lucidium World are produced through automated, algorithmic processes.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are non-deterministic, probabilistic, and subject to error
   
• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, contradictory, or outdated
   
• Outputs are generated without awareness, intent, understanding, or judgment
   
• Outputs do not constitute facts, guarantees, predictions, or representations of reality
   

Lucidium World makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

AI-powered features and outputs are provided solely for informational, educational, entertainment, and experiential purposes.

They are not intended to be relied upon, and must not be used, as a substitute for:

• medical advice or diagnosis
   
• mental health care
   
• legal advice
   
• financial or investment advice
   
• professional, regulatory, or safety-critical decision-making
   

By using the Platform, you affirmatively agree that you will not rely on AI outputs for any decision involving health, safety, finances, legal matters, or other material life outcomes.

You expressly waive and release any claim against Lucidium World arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Lucidium World uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to support and execute platform operations, including but not limited to:

• content ranking, filtering, and prioritization
   
• personalization and recommendation logic
   
• fraud detection and abuse prevention
   
• account classification, restriction, suspension, or termination
   
• enforcement of platform rules and agreements
   

Unless expressly required by applicable law:

• automated determinations are not subject to human review
   
• there is no obligation to provide explanations, justifications, or appeals
   
• enforcement actions may be taken solely through automated means
   

Nothing in this Notice limits the Company’s authority to enforce its Terms, suspend or terminate access, or modify platform behavior.

 6.1 Automated Impact Disclosure
Automated processing may materially affect a user’s access to features, services, or the Platform, including restriction, suspension, limitation, or termination of accounts, without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

AI systems may process, analyze, transform, and derive information from:

• user-provided inputs
   
• interaction and engagement data
   
• system-generated metadata
   
• aggregated and anonymized datasets
   

Private one-to-one practitioner sessions are not used for AI analysis unless explicitly submitted for that purpose and permitted by law.

Lucidium World does not grant users any rights to:

• access AI models or logic
   
• inspect training data
   
• influence system behavior
   
• restrict internal reuse of derived or aggregated data

7.1 Use of Aggregated and Derived Data for AI Improvement
Where permitted by applicable law, Lucidium World may use aggregated, anonymized, or derived data to develop, improve, test, or optimize automated systems and artificial intelligence capabilities, without granting opt-out rights beyond those expressly required by law.
 

All artificial intelligence systems, models, workflows, logic, architectures, and outputs are owned or licensed by Lucidium World to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Use of AI-powered features grants users no ownership, authorship, or intellectual property rights in:

• AI models
   
• system logic
   
• generated outputs
   
• derivative works
   

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Lucidium World may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• modify AI models or logic
   
• change output behavior or availability
   
• introduce new automated systems
   
• discontinue existing AI-powered features
   

No AI feature or output is guaranteed to remain available, accurate, consistent, or unchanged.

Lucidium World disclaims all responsibility for decisions, actions, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated outputs, except where liability cannot be disclaimed by law.

This AI Transparency Notice is provided to satisfy applicable disclosure obligations.

Nothing in this Notice:

• expands user rights beyond those required by law
   
• creates a duty of care, fiduciary obligation, or guarantee
   
• limits arbitration, venue, or limitation-of-liability provisions
   
• overrides the Terms of Service or End User License Agreement
   

Lucidium World may modify this AI Transparency Notice at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
